My time spent in Guatemala was filled with love, prayers, smiles, laughs, hugs, and so much more. to say that Misión Hispana changed my life in more ways than I ever imagined, would be an understatement. Interning with opened my eyes to a whole new world, where words fail to describe the transformative journey, I experienced. Growing relationships with the most loving children, and community in general touched my heart in ways I never thought possible. Watching God work brought light to the power of compassion and made me realize the true impact we can have on others. Thania and everyone at church welcomed me into their homes with open arms, leaving me with the desire to return again.
